摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for liquefying air for separation miniaturized over the whole of a cold insulation vessel by optimizing arrangement of a controller without hindering the controllability to be required for stable operation of the device and miniaturizing a cold insulation box, and to provide a control method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A normal temperature side oxygen enriched air lead-out route (regenerated gas supply route 60) on the downstream side of a main heat exchanger 16 in an oxygen enriched air lead-out route 59 is provided with a flow rate measuring means (flowmeter 21) for measuring flow rate of the oxygen enriched air flowing in the oxygen enriched air lead-out route. A flow control means (flow control valve 19) for controlling flow rate of the oxygen enriched and liquefied air flowing in the liquefied air route 58 for leading the oxygen enriched and liquefied air, which is separated in a single rectifier 11 on the basis of the flow rate measured by the flowmeter 21, to the evaporation side and a part 58a of the liquefied air route, to which the flow control valve 19 is fitted, are provided in the cold insulation box 19 continuously provided to the cold insulation vessel 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p>
