PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize protecting of a secondary battery and a circuit of a measuring system even when a fault, such as a short circuit, etc., occurs in the measuring system of the secondary battery. SOLUTION: In the secondary battery system, a resistor circuit 41a for limiting current, a fuse 41b or a switch 41c made of a semiconductor switch are inserted into intermediate terminal voltage supply lines 31-33 for connecting intermediate terminals 21-23 provided between the secondary batteries 11-14 of the secondary battery pack 1A and intermediate potential input terminals M1-M3 provided on the printed wiring board 51 of the protective circuit 2A, or the intermediate terminal voltage supply lines 31-33 themselves are composed of fuse elements 61-63.
