PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display music information in a recording medium mounted on a drive unit that can be mounted with a plurality of recording media. SOLUTION: A recording/reproduction unit 21 has a MD changer 31 having stockers 32 to 34 for storing MD(R)s 1. In a memory 51, correspondence between the stockers 32 to 34 and unique IDs of the MDs 1 stored in the stockers 32 to 34, and correspondence between a unique ID and music information of a music recorded in the MD 1 having the unique ID are stored. According to the two correspondence stored in the memory 51, a control section 50 supplies display information for displaying music data of the MD 1 stored in the stockers 32 to 34 to a display section 52 for displaying them on a display section 52.
