PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sight-seeing telescope equipment with voice guiding device which prevents missing of a target at the time of the operation of a telescope and obtain the stable voice since an electric power is obtained by manual force of a viewer himself/herself and, moreover, the voice is generated after the manual operation is completed. SOLUTION: The sight-seeing telescope equipment is provided with a power generator of utilizing the force stored as a mechanical energy by rotation of a power generating handle on a standing support, and is internally provided with a coin sensor, a timer control part, and a sight-seeing guiding recording/reproducing device which are actuated by the generated power, respectively. Therein, in order to store the force as the mechanical energy, the power generator is constituted so that a winding drum from a rewinding drum around which a spring or the like is wound is disposed in parallel with the rewinding drum coaxially with the handle and a one way rotative connection clutch which transmits only the return axial rotation to the power generator is disposed between the rotary shaft of either the winding drum or the rewinding drum and the power generator.
