PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with an oxygen enriching film device capable of enhancing the efficiency of oxygen enriching by separating fresh air from the air passed through the oxygen enriching film, thereby passing only the fresh air through the oxygen enriching film, and also capable of preventing contamination or clogging of the oxygen enriching film or suction of moisture by preventing the exposure of the oxygen enriching film to rainwater. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner with the oxygen enriching film device 1 provided on an outdoor unit, a duct-like air duct capable of passing the outside air to a machine chamber 22 side of a partitioning plate for partitioning a fan chamber from the machine chamber in the outdoor unit, and the oxygen enriching film is housed and disposed within this duct. Such a structure can solve problems in a conventional air conditioner with oxygen enriching device such that (1) fresh air is mixed with the air passed through the oxygen enriching film without separation to deteriorate the generation efficiency of oxygen-enriched air, and (2) exposure of the oxygen enriching film with rainwater causes contamination, clogging, suction of moisture and the like.
