PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and positively fix a hydraulic cylinder to a mounting surface almost parallel with the axis of the hydraulic cylinder. SOLUTION: A pair of fixing members 42a, 42b are disposed at both end faces of a cylinder tube 16 of the hydraulic cylinder driven by a pressure fluid, and the fixing members 42a, 42b are connected by first and second connecting bolts 44a, 44b through through-holes 26 formed along the axis of the cylinder tube 16. Fixing screw members 48 are inserted through mounting holes 46 of the fixing members 42a, 42b formed to be orthogonal to the axis of the cylinder tube 16, and the fixing screw members 48 are screwed into fixing threaded holes of the mounting surface almost parallel with the axis of the hydraulic cylinder, to fix the hydraulic cylinder to the mounting surface.
