PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing box for a blower capable of verifying whether or not the blower properly has an negative pressure effect, and to provide a testing method for the blower therewith. SOLUTION: The blower 10 is stored in a box body 30 of the testing box 28, a suction port 22 of the blower 10 is jointed to a first opening 34, and a discharge port 20 of the blower 10 is jointed to a second opening 40.
