PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostat device easily assembled and dismantled, lightened, and reducing a cost. SOLUTION: This thermostat device is provided with a thermo-element 2 having a piston 3 vertically slid by a change in temperature and a flange-like valve element 7 at a periphery, and also operating the flange-like valve element 7 by the movement in advance and retreat of the piston 3, a spring 8 arranged to surround the thermo-element 2 and having one end elastically brought in pressure contact with the back side of the flange-like valve element 7, an upper frame 4 with a valve seat abutting on the front side of the flange-like valve element 7, and a lower frame 5 with which the other end of the spring 8 is brought in pressure contact. A locking frame 4a is formed on the upper frame 4, and also two or more locking hooks 5a locked on the locking frame 4a are formed on the lower frame 5. At least the lower frame 4 is formed of a material having elasticity, thereby the locking hooks 5a can be locked and fixed on the locking frame 4a by using elasticity, and the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 can be integrally formed.
