PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply tap water when water supply through a water pipe is stopped. SOLUTION: A first reservoir 26 is placed above a toilet bowl 51 in the toilet 19. To the first reservoir 26, tap water is supplied through a first water pipe 15. The first reservoir 26 connects a first effluent pipe 29. The first effluent pipe 29, when it is possible to supply water through the first water pipe 15 to the first reservoir 26, the tap water stored in the first reservoir 16 supplies water to a flush toilet tank 44 in accordance with the tap water used for the toilet bowl 51. If the water from the first water pipe 15 to the first reservoir 26 is stopped, the tap water stored in the first reservoir 26 is usable by releasing a first valve 47a of a first emergency pipe 47.
