PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily forming a construction joint of asphalt pavement and concrete pavement in a sine wave shape. SOLUTION: A sinusoidal wave-cut line 11 is formed in the asphalt pavement, by positioning a support shaft 40 so that both cut lines 11a and 11b become a continuous state, in the case of repeating a process of forming the circular first arcuated cut line 11a by revolvingly moving a road surface cutter 21 around the support shaft 40 fixed to a road surface, and a process of forming the circular arcuated second cut line 11b projecting on the inside in the inverse direction of the first cut line 11a by revolvingly moving the road surface cutter 21 by moving a position of the support shaft 40. The asphalt pavement on one side of this sinusoidal wave-cut line 11 is removed, and concrete is placed there, and the construction joint of the asphalt pavement and the concrete pavement is formed in a sine wave shape.
