PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminate having a good transparency and close adhesion. SOLUTION: This method for producing a laminate comprising a process of bonding by a hot compression of a substrate to an adhesive layer side of a transparent resin composite material consisting of the adhesive layer and a resin layer is provided with that (1) the adhesive layer consists of a resin having≥1 kind of a polar group selected from a group consisting of hydroxy, carboxy, acid anhydride, epoxy and cyano, (2) the resin layer consists of an alicyclic olefin resin without having any polar group contained in the above group and (3) the temperature for bonding by the hot compression is≥40°C and at or lower than the glass transition temperature of the resin constituting the adhesive layer. Further, by incorporating a stratified crystalline compound in the adhesive layer, the laminate having an excellent moisture resistance is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
