PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning/fixing device which does not require a left hand screw and can prevent displacement in screwing. SOLUTION: The positioning/fixing device comprises a plurality of chucks 13 and 23 having fixing claws 11 and 21 and movable claws 12 and 22 for gripping a blade 3 and a gripping part 4, a screwing means for screwing screws N1-N3 of the blade 3, a measuring means for measuring the position of the blade 3, and first and second moving mechanisms 60 and 70 for moving the chucks 13 and 23. The chucks 13 and 23 are moved by the first and second moving mechanisms 60 and 70 so that the position of the blade 3 measured by the measuring means is a predetermined position, and the blade 3 is then positioned and fixed at the predetermined position by screwing the screws N1-N3 with the screwing means.
