PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vermin controlling agent having excellent controlling effect on agricultural and horticultural vermins at a low application rate by using 3,5-dichloro-1-(3,3-dichloro-2-propenyloxy)-4-[3-(5-trifluoromethylpyridin-2-yloxy)propyloxy]benzene. SOLUTION: The subject vermin controlling composition contains 3,5-dichloro-1-(3,3-dichloro-2-propenyloxy)-4-[3-(5-trifluoromethylpyridin-2-yloxy)propyloxy]benzene and an insecticidal protein of Bacillus thringiensis.
