PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soundproof device capable of being miniaturized to increase mounting efficiency and, at the same time, reducing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A pair of branch walls 16 and 18 connected to each other on the lower end section side and, at the same time, formed in a branched-shape are located on the upper part of a soundproof wall 40 so as to extend straight upward while inclining to each other. A pair of front end walls 20 and 22 are so formed that they are respectively extended straight upward while inclining by taking the shape of approaching to each other from the upper end sections of a pair of branch walls 16 and 18. A supporting wall 14 is mounted to the upper part of the soundproof wall 40, and it is so constituted that the lower end sections of a pair of branch walls 16 and 18 are mounted to the upper end section of the supporting wall 14. The lower end section of the supporting wall 14 is connected to a bottom wall 24, and the lower end section of a side wall 26 extended straight upward as the vertical direction is mounted to the end section on a sound source side of the bottom wall 24.
