The drive unit has a turbine for sucking in and eliminating the air resistance arising in the tunnel tubes with the rising speed of a train (e.g. a magnetic levitation train) via a wide mouthed oval opening. Air dilution exists in front of the train with an increase in the turbine power and amplification of the rear jet and hence in the speed of the train is achieved with compression in the turbine. Braking can be achieved by reversing the turbine direction.
