<p>The method involves positioning a pole (10) on one side of a load bearing wall (4). Another pole (11) is positioned on another side of the load bearing wall. Both the poles are positioned at a certain height below the wall. The poles are propped up using force of resistance of the poles and raised to an original height of the wall. The poles are then fixed in a raised position. An independent claim is also included for a device for restructuring poles of a building e.g. boat house.</p>
