The invention relates to organic complexes based on sitosterols, acylglycerols and strontium and to the use thereof in the pharmaceutical and dietetic fields. The invention also relates to methods of treating different diseases, particularly bone or blood diseases, with the administration of the aforementioned complexes. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said complexes which are intended, in particular, for the treatment of bone diseases, such as osteoporosis, and blood diseases.
