<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preform business support by providing the addresses of customers residing around the present position of a sales staff, to the sales staff. <P>SOLUTION: In a business support system 1 for sending information concerned with business support from a server (business support server) 10 to terminals 2 (2A, 2B), the server 10 is provided with a recording means 10A for recording customer information including at least customer's address information, a peripheral information setting means 10c for extracting customers residing within a prescribed range from the present position of terminal or a specified position as peripheral customers on the basis of positional relation among the present position of the terminal and customers' addresses or positional relation among the specified position and the customers' addresses which is obtained by using terminal's present position information or specified position information and customer's address information and setting the customer information concerned with the extracted peripheral customers as peripheral information and a communication means for transmitting the peripheral information set by the peripheral information setting means 10c to the terminals 2 (2A, 2B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
