PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the difficulty of handling parts in the conventional assist grip handle technique, facilitate the mass production, decrease the complexity of assembling, achieve reduction of the number of components as a result, and provide a technique for improved parts at lower cost as a whole. SOLUTION: An assist grip handle assembly fitted to the interior of a vehicle or other structure includes a damper assembly provided with the handle assembly that does not require a use of a pivot pin. The assist grip handle assembly includes the damper assembly that does not require the use of the pivot pin. The damper assembly can be easily fitted to the assist grip handle assembly for improving the speed control of the rotation of an assist grip handle. Thereby, each component is easily fitted, which reduces complicated and expensive parts.
