PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device, a radiation imaging method and a program by which a plurality of tomographic images can be obtained by one image pick-up. SOLUTION: A position controlling device 4 moves an X-ray source 2 to be in parallel with an arbitrary tomographic surface A in a subject 3. When the X-ray source 2 is located at geometrical focal points F<SB>1</SB>to F<SB>n</SB>which are set to have an equal interval to each other, an X-ray is generated by the X-ray source 2 in pulsing, and the detection of the X-ray by a radiation detecting device 1 is performed a total of n times. That is, one image pick-up is performed by the detection for n frames. Also, the position controlling device 4 moves the radiation detecting device 1 while adjusting to the movement of the X-ray source 2. By a conventional tomographing method using a film, the X-ray is multiply exposed on the film for approximately several seconds. On the contrary, the X-ray is not exposed only once for a long time to the radiation detecting device 1, but the irradiation of the X-ray is performed each time at respective positions of the points F<SB>1</SB>to F<SB>n</SB>, and image information obtained by them is read for each frame.
