PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film roll capable of reducing the occurrence of a defective product in providing a labelled container product by manufacturing a heat-shrinkable label/bag from a roll formed by winding the long heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film and covering a container with the heat-shrinkable label/bag to thermally shrink the label/bag, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film roll formed by winding the heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film, the heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film satisfies specific physical properties along with following requirement (1) wherein the heat shrinkage factor in the maximum heat-shrink direction of the heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film measured by immersing a square sample with a dimension of 10×10 cm, which is cut from the film by a sample cutting part provided at every 100 m, in hot water of 85°C for 10 sec to draw up the same and subsequently immersing the same in water for 10 sec at 25°C to draw up the same, is 20% or above with respect to all samples.
