PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation/cold insulation device with sufficient sanitary consideration in a device for cold-insulating an internal organ, a specified extract or the like, or heat-insulating it in some instances. SOLUTION: In this device, a body having a hollow part comprises a liquid injection port and a liquid discharge port communicating with the hollow part and a recessed part for storing an object of cold insulation/heat insulation. A human or animal internal organ often need to be temporarily cold-insulated for later treatment after it is taken out. In such a case, conventionally, the internal organ is put in a container, and kept cold by putting the container in a bucket containing ice. This device can solve the conventional problem that such a method is easy but highly unsanitary because meltwater, which might include impurities or bacteria, wets the container.
