PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sealed combustion type equipment capable of preventing a failure of the equipment by preventing generation of condensed water within an exhaust pipe, and also preventing a reduction in life of the equipment resulted from corrosion by suppressing dew condensation in an exhaust connecting member within a body. SOLUTION: This equipment comprises an air passage 4 allowing an indoor air intake port 2 to communicate with a hot air blowout port 3 within the body 1; a convection fan 6 for generating an air flow in the air passage 4; a combusition fan 18 for taking in the outdoor air; a burner 16 for generating combustion exhaust gas; a heat exchanger 19 for heating air by the combustion exhaust gas of the burner 16; the exhaust pipe 14 for releasing the combustion exhaust gas; and a control circuit 20 for changing the combustion quantity of the burner 16 in multiple stages based on the deviation between a detection temperature detected by an ambient temperature detection means 22 for detecting the ambient temperature of the equipment and a set temperature. When the combustion quantity becomes a predetermined combustion quantity or less, and the temperature detected by the ambient temperature detection means 22 is a predetermined temperature or lower, the combustion quantity is increased to a combustion quantity of each predetermined temperature range.
