PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier circuit capable of preventing noises generated in each of a plurality of switching amplifier sections from being concentrated on a particular frequency band in the case that the plurality of switching amplifier sections carry out power amplification of a plurality of PWM signals. SOLUTION: When clock signals CKL and CKR with different frequencies are transmitted from clock signal generating sections (13, 33), a PWM signal generating section (12) uses the clock signal CKL to generate PWM signals PLP, PLN in response to a left audio signal SL, a PWM signal generating section (32) uses the clock signal CKR to generate PWM signals PRP, PRN in response to a right audio signal SR, the switching amplifier section 14 carries out power amplification with a switching operation in response to the PWM signals PLP and PLN, and the switching amplifier section 34 carries out power amplification with a switching operation in response to the PWM signals PRP and PRN.
