发明名称 HYSTERESIS COMPARATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a comparator with a hysteresis function and an offset function with a simple circuit configuration and to vary the L (gate length) or/and W (gate width) of a MOSFET. SOLUTION: One inversion input circuit of a differential amplifier circuit is configured of a 1st MOSFET (M3) and non-inversion input is configured of a 2nd MOSFET (M4) and a 3rd MOSFET (M5); and the gate of the 2nd MOSFET (M4) and the gate of the 3rd MOSFET (M5) are connected in common as a non-inversion input terminal of the differential amplifier circuit, the source of the 2nd MOSFET (M4) and the drain of the 3rd MOSFET (M5) are connected, and the source of the 3rd MOSFET (M5) and the source of the 1st MOSFET (M1) are connected in common. The drains of the 1st MOSFET (M1) and 2nd MOSFET (M2) are connected to a load composed of a current mirror circuit. Further, a 4th MOSFET (M6) is provided, the source and drain of the 4th MOSFET (M6) are connected to the source and drain of the 3rd MOSFET (M5) in common, and the gate of the 4th MOSFET (M6) is connected to the output terminal OUT of the comparator.
