摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-out force monitoring method capable of more certainly detecting the abnormality during the push-out operation of a molded product and reducing a degree bringing about the lowering of productivity in an injection molding machine. SOLUTION: A movable mold 4 is held to the front of a moving die plate 2 and an ejector pin 8 is incorporated in the movable mold 4. A push-out unit equipped with a push-out plate 5 and a drive rod 6 is attached to the back of the moving die plate 2. When the molded product is pushed out from a mold surface, the push-out plate 5 is allowed to advance to push out the ejector pin 8 by the drive rod 6. In this monitoring method, a plurality of monitoring sections are provided in the moving region of the push-out plate 5 (accordingly the drive rod 6) and the upper limit value of the advance thrust of the push-out plate 5 is preset at every monitoring section. At the time of push-out operation, an alarm is issued when the advance thrust of the push-out plate 5 reaches the upper limit value set to either one of the monitoring sections.
