PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface plasmon sensor capable of detecting existing amounts of two or more of substances very similar in optical characteristics each other. SOLUTION: In this surface plasmon sensor provided with sensor probes for contacting with a sample to detect the existing amounts of inspection objects in the sample by a surface plasmon resonance method, the two sensor probes 14, 15 are provided, the respective sensor probes are integratedly arranged, for example, in one mold part 51 to contact with the the same sample at the same time, and detect independently the existing amounts of the different substances in the sample respectively.
