PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet having superior resistance to heat and strength, and also having high transmittance and light transmittance. SOLUTION: The particle dispersed resin sheet contains an epoxy resin, having a polysulfite skeleton and a light-diffusing agent having a refractive index different from that of the epoxy resin and dispersed uniformly. As for the polysulfite epoxy resin, a resin expressed by Formula (1) is used. The resin sheet can be used, for example, for a substrate for an image display apparatus, such as a liquid crystal cell substrate or a solar cell substrate, and thereby, an image display apparatus such as a liquid crystal display and an EL display can be obtained. In the Formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>represent organic acids having a bisphenol skeleton and may be identical to or different from each other, and n represents the degree of polymerization.
