PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the strength of a cutter body high and facilitate manufacture by effectively reducing cutting resistance. SOLUTION: A cutting blade is formed on an intersecting ridge part of a pair of long side surfaces 22, 22 and the upper and lower surfaces 21, 21 of a tip body 20 disposed opposite to each other of the tip body 20 shaped substantially like a trapezoidal plate. A tip is mounted on a first tip mounting seat 13 formed on the peripheral surface of the cutter body 10 with the direction of thickness of the cutter body 10 substantially aligned with the radial direction of the cutter body 10 to be provided for cutting a curved blade 25A formed on an acute angle corner part 24A of the tip body 20. A tip is mounted on a second tip mounting seat 14 formed on the end face 12A (12B) of the cutter body 10 with the direction of thickness of the tip body 20 substantially aligned with the direction of an axis O of the cutter body 10 to be provided for cutting a curved blade 15A formed on an obtuse angle corner part 24B of the tip body 20.
