PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device between a toilet bowl and a drain pipe, which can adjust a distance shifting the toilet bowl in the lateral direction with respect to a location of an existing drain core at the installation site. SOLUTION: The connection device is formed of a toilet bowl joint pipe portion 10 connected to a discharge port of a toilet bowl main body, a drain pipe joint pipe portion 20 connected to the drain pipe arranged in a floor surface, and a joint pipe 30 connecting between the toilet bowl joint portion 10 and the drain pipe joint pipe portion 20. The joint pipe 30 has a first straight pipe portion 31 connected to the toilet bowl joint pipe portion 10, and a second straight pipe portion 32 connected to the drain pipe joint pipe portion 20, and the first and second straight pipe portions 31, 32 are arranged almost orthogonally to each other. Further the first and second straight pipe portions are connected to the toilet bowl joint pipe portion 10 and the drain pipe joint pipe portion 20 from the side, respectively.
