PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical underpants easily put on or taken off at medical presentation or under medical treatment, and reducing wearer's sense of shame. SOLUTION: The medical underpants 1 are so formed that a front part 2 and a back part 3 are separable at both side parts 1a, 1b. A connection part 5 is provided with hook-and-loop fasteners 5c, 5d with which the front part 2 and the back part 3 are connected to close cut parts 1c, 1d when worn, and the front part 2 and the back part 3 are separated from each other to open the cut parts 1c, 1d. The medical underpants 1 are put on the undergarment at medical presentation about varix or under sclerotherapy so that the undergarment is covered with the medical underpants 1 and thereby prevents the undergarment from being overexposed even when a patient raises her (his) legs at medical presentation or under medical treatment so as to reduce her (his) sense of shame.
