摘要

A plaster that retains the excellent percutaneous absorption of tulobuterol for a prolonged period of time and that realizing reduced skin irritation, can be stably applied to the skin for a prolonged period of time. There is provided a plaster comprising a support and, superimposed on one major surface thereof, an ointment layer, the ointment layer containing 1 to 30 wt.% of resolvent and 40 to 98 wt.% of pressure sensitive adhesive and further tulobuterol, characterized in that the resolvent contains a C8-C30 aliphatic alcohol having a branched structure or double bond in its carbon chain and that the pressure sensitive adhesive is a copolymer obtained by copolymerization of monomers wherein an alkyl (meth)acrylate having C6-C20 alkyl is contained in a proportion of 70 wt.% or more.
