Further, an enriched rice or enriched wheat characterized by being obtained by coating rice grains or wheat grains with a mixture containing an iron salt, a hydrogenated oil and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester. Still further, an enriched rice or enriched wheat characterized by being obtained by coating rice grains or wheat grains with a mixture containing an iron salt emulsifier coating composition, a vitamin, a hydrogenated oil and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester.
