<p>The present invention relates to a heating method, a radiator and a building applying said method. The radiator is connected with indoor main heating pipelines, which includes water/vapour pipelines and radiant plates. Said water/vapqur pipelines are integrated with said radiant plates. The radiant pipelines defined by the aboye radiant plates are vertical elongate pipelines. Said water/vapour pipelines are directly connected with the indoor vertical heating pipelines. The present invention does not adopt the arrangement in which bypasses are connected with the main heating pipelines so that indoor space is not excessively occupied. Furthermore, the heating efficiency of the present invention is high, and the cost is low and it can serve as decoration directly as well.</p>
