<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable comfortable and efficient management of announcement about new registration, modification or correction of document files and program files. <P>SOLUTION: A display system has a server 2000 for providing displayable document information and executable programs, and allows document information or programs provided by the server to be visually displayed or be downloaded. Multiple document information and programs on a selection screen prepared on the server are each provided with a predetermined mark showing that the document information or program has been newly registered or modified.
