<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relaxation system, a relaxation method and a relaxation program by which the tension of the human body can sufficiently and effectively relaxed in response to the physical state and the mental state of a user. <P>SOLUTION: This relaxation system 1 comprises a main body section 200 and a remote controller 100. In the relaxation system 1, information regarding the health state of the user is acquired when the user grips and operates the remote controller 100. The information regarding the health state is, for example, sound data based on the voice of the user, the skin temperature of the user, physiological volume data indicating a pulse and GRS and so forth and an identification number of the user, and questionnaire data regarding the age, the height, the weight and the mental state.
