PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a desired application to be utilized in a short period of time after the start of communication in an application communication system. SOLUTION: A server system includes a first storage part 121 for storing divided applications, a second storage part 122 for storing the respective information of the divided applications, a third storage part 132 for storing user information, a fourth storage part 124 for storing prepaid information, and a control part 110 for controlling the entire server system. The divided applications includes applications which can be executed independently. The control part 110 transmits the divided applications through a data communication line 300 in response to a transmission request from a user.
