PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems such as deterioration in washing eastern cultural deep bowls, inconvenience in a small kitchen, difficulty in motion after arrangement, necessity of previous rough washing, an inability to treat residuary food, a high price, and poor durability. SOLUTION: A basin compartment is made into a dishwasher. Dishes are washed by high pressure washing injection washing from all directions and, sometimes, by whole directional injection washing with injection water with the use of a dish arrangement rotary frame. Even the deep bowls are not required to be moved by the effective utilization of a kitchen space. Manpower is saved. The function of a wide and large dishwasher is obtained. A washing process is visually recognized in all directions with the use of a transparent basin compartment cover.
