PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus system for introducing a practical function into a biological sample measuring apparatus utilizing a SPR phenomenon and surely measuring an actual biological sample. SOLUTION: The biological sample measuring apparatus system based on SPR employs a sensor comprising a material having a capability for specifically bonding to a measured object and fixed to a metal thin film carrier, and has four functions. A function (1) supplies a plurality of reagents used for a measuring system under conditions of adjustment. A function (2) supplies a buffer liquid used for the measuring system under the conditions of adjustment. A function (3) supplies a cleaning liquid for cleaning a sample port and a sensor under the conditions of adjustment.
