PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid measurement device capable of measuring the velocity of the fluid with high precision and accuracy, by separating the two phases of vapor/liquid effectively and improving the analytical precision of the flow field. SOLUTION: The two phase flow 2 of vapor/liquid containing tracer particles and bubbles is irradiated in a sheet-like manner with a laser light 5, and the image 14A of the tracer particles is optically separated by the difference of wavelengths by CCD cameras 7a, and 7b provided with optical filters 8a, and 8b, and the bubble image is eliminated from the separated tracer particle image 14A by the image processor 9 by using the threshold of the brightness and size of the particles.
