PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate foreign matters attached to a depth wall of a valve element fitting hole. SOLUTION: A valve casing having a valve chest 5 inside thereof is formed by screwing and connecting a cover 4 with a main body 3 having an inlet 1 and an outlet 2, the valve element fitting hole 7 and a valve port 8 of a diameter smaller than the valve element fitting hole 7 are formed between the valve chest 5 and the outlet 2, a valve shaft fitting hole 18 is formed on an adjustment rod 17 screwed and connected with the cover 4, the valve shaft 12 displaceably fitted to the valve element fitting hole 7 on its one end side and having a valve element 13 to open and close the valve port 8 on its tip, is displaceably fitted to the valve shaft fitting hole 18 on the other end side, the valve shaft 12 is connected with the adjustment rod 17 to be rotated in accompany with the rotation of the adjustment rod 17, a blade 15 is mounted on a part of the valve shaft 12 opposite to the depth wall 14 of the valve element fitting hole 7 where the valve port 8 is opened, and a bimetal laminated body 26 as a temperature-sensitive member is mounted around the valve shaft 12.
