PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-mix type vehicular air-conditioner capable of enhancing the temperature control characteristic of the supply air temperature. SOLUTION: An auxiliary cold air door 21 is arranged on the downstream side of an air-mix door 18 to open/close a cold air passage 15 and a hot air passage 17. When the air-mix door 18 is at least in a maximum heating state and in a state close to the maximum heating state, the auxiliary cold air door 21 is operated to the position on the closing side of the cold air passage 15.
