PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner comprising a FOOT opening part formed in a lower part of an air-conditioning unit to shorten a FOOT duct, a guide wall opening part to supply hot air to the FOOT opening part, and a guide wall opening part opening/closing door to open/close the guide wall opening part and capable of ensuring sufficient volume of hot air from a FOOT outlet. SOLUTION: In the vehicular air-conditioner, a guide wall opening part opening/closing door opens a guide wall opening part, and has a fourth opening part opened in an air flow passage on the upstream side of a second position to impair the air flow in the air flow passage, and a third opening part and the fourth opening part are communicated with a substantially same part in a cabin.
