PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head board capable of high quality recording while exhibiting excellent recording characteristics and enhanced durability by suppressing variation in energy being applied to a recording element occurring under various driving conditions regardless of variation in the resistance of the recording element, more specifically, while taking account of manufacturing variation in the resistance of the recording element, and to provide a recording head and a recorder. SOLUTION: In the recording head board provided with a plurality of recording elements and a plurality of MOS transistors operating as drivers corresponding to the plurality of recording elements, respectively, the MOS transistor is reduced in size by decreasing at least any one of the channel width and channel length and the MOS transistor is operated in a saturation region.
