PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material suitably used as a trim material for a vehicle or the like, having no glossiness and having a smooth and moisture feeling imparted thereto. SOLUTION: This skin material is constituted by providing a surface-treated layer on a base material and the surface-treated layer comprises a urethane resin composition prepared by adding 100-250 pts.mass of spherical resin particles with a mean particle size of 1-30μm, 5-30 pts.mass of fine particulate silica and 2-10 pts.mass of high-molecular silicone oil to 100 pts.mass of a urethane resin. The 10% compression hardness of the spherical resin particles is preferably 0.1-20 MPa and, as the high-molecular silicone oil, a compound with a weight average molecular weight of 1,500-3,000 is preferable.
