PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the strength of a cutter body high by effectively reducing cutting resistance. SOLUTION: In a pair of short side surfaces 23, 23 disposed opposite to each other of a tip body 20 shaped substantially like a parallelogram plate, an area on the acute angle corner part 24B side of the tip body 20 is projected to be inclined to an area on the acute angle corner part 24A. A tip is mounted on a first tip mounting seat 13 formed on the peripheral surface of the cutter body 10 with the direction of thickness of the tip body 20 substantially aligned with the radial direction of the cutter body 10 to be provided for cutting a curved blade 25A formed on the acute angle corner part 24A of the tip body 20. A tip is mounted on a second tip mounting seat 14 formed on the end face 12A (12B) of the cutter body 10 with the direction of thickness of the tip body 20 substantially aligned with the axis O of the cutter body 10 to be provided for cutting a curved blade 25A formed on the obtuse angle corner part 24B of the tip body 20.
