CHAIN FLIGHT TYPE SLUDGE SCRAPER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain flight type sludge scraper capable of previously preventing a breaking of a chain and damage of a flight by detecting detachment of a tooth of the chain. SOLUTION: In the chain flight type sludge scraper for accomplishing the above problem, a metal plate 24 as a detection part and a proximity switch 26 as a detection means for detecting the metal plate and transmitting a signal are provided at the same position of opposed driven sprockets 14 wound with a pair of chains 16a, 16b. A control part 30 for obtaining the above signal and stopping the sludge scraper when time difference is generated in transmittance of the signal is connected to the proximity switch 26.
