PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in recording patient information. SOLUTION: An examiner operates an operating panel 22 to display an information inputting screen, and inputs the necessary information into the information inputting screen. When he finishes the inputting, and information input finishing operation is performed. When the information input finishing operation is performed by the examiner, a control section 20 judges whether the information input screen is to be stored or not. The judgment of propriety for storing the record is performed based on automatic recording (existence/non-existence) registered in the information of the individual examiner. In the case of automatic record existence, the control section 20 records the information inputting screen and ultrasonic wave image in the output destination which is registered in the examiner individual information 46.
