PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost vibration device and to provide bedding capable of applying comfortable vibration to the body. SOLUTION: This vibration device is provided with one or more vibrators, and a vibrating body which has a body part 2 having a storage space 21 for storing the vibrators, and a retaining part provided in a wall part of the storage space 21 and retaining the vibrators by brought in contact with partial surface of the vibrators. This vibration device is formed by assembling the vibrators with the vibrating body effectively propagating the vibration to vibrate the vibrators without any restriction, and effectively convert energy generated from the vibrators into the vibration. This bedding is provided with a mattress body and the mattress body is provided with a cushion body at least on the upper surface side in the thickness direction thereof. One or more vibration devices are disposed inside or outside the mattress body.
