The clamp has two clip frames coupled to clamping webs by clamping screws, respectively. A nut holder (34) engages a nose-like lug (42) in a clearance of one frame. The holder is coupled with a band clamp, and runs between the screws and a free end of one web. The lug extends from the holder and engages with a sickle-like form that extends in a length-wise direction towards the frame.
